ABOUT RAINBOW CUP GRENADA
The 1st ever Rainbow Cup Grenada is the sister event to the prestigious Rainbow Cup Tobago.
We hope to attract top athletes from around the world to compete in one of the toughest endurance sports, but in the beautiful Caribbean Island of Grenada.
Our goal is to promote fitness, health, and wellness for all ages through the sport of triathlon. Join us for a challenging and rewarding experience that will test your physical and mental limits.
FINISHER MEDAL
Every finisher will receive our unique Rainbow Cup Grenada medal featuring the Nutmeg.
FUN FACT:
Grenada is renowned as the "Spice Isle" due to its production of nutmeg, with a notable fact being that it's one of the world's largest exporters of nutmeg. Nutmeg is not only a significant contributor to Grenada's economy but also holds cultural and historical significance on the island, often referred to as "Black Gold" due to its importance in trade and culinary traditions.

Jason Gooding has been involved in the world of triathlon for over 25years. As a former professional triathlete, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Rainbow Cup Grenada. He is passionate about promoting the sport of triathlon in Grenada and helping athletes reach their full potential.
